Cancellation Policy
NO CHILDREN unless they are being serviced.
Please note that ALL appts require a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. If deposit is not paid within 24hrs. appt will be cancelled. Please be on time, after 15 mins appt will be cancelled. NO CALL NO SHOW appts will be charged 100% of that service. For a cancellation there will be a 30% charge, deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to rebook. One reschedule is allowed within the same month. If you reschedule for a different month a new deposit will be required. All appts are to be paid in cash at the time of service. An extra fee of $5 will be charged for any cashapp or PayPal payments.
It is required that you contact your service provider at least 24hrs in advanced to cancel. We know that things come up, please communicate.
