CANCELLATION POLICY
NO CHILDREN unless they are being serviced. Please note that ALL appts require a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. Please be on time, after 15 mins appt will be cancelled. NO CALL NO SHOW appts will be charged 100% of that service. For a cancellation there will be a 30% charge and you will need to rebook. One reschedule is allowed within the same month. If you reschedule for a different month a new deposit will be required. At the time of service we accept cash payments, debit/credit (3.5% processing fee), for “Buy now Pay Later” (6% processing fee), cashapp or PayPal and extra fee of $5 will be charged. It is required that you contact your service provider at least 24hrs in advanced to cancel. We know that things come up, please communicate.
